Our mission at Project 52 Dance Company is to unlock the movement with-in you by offering a wide range of dance and gymnastics all in one state of the art facility. From toddlers to adults, our friendly and professionally trained staff provide a full range of classes to meet all of your dance and gymnastics needs. Our instructors are current with the times, many which travel yearly to improve their own style, technique and choreography to give you the most for your money and time. Project 52 Dance Co. instills coordination, strength, self-control, focus and a healthy attitude in everyone while, most importantly, having fun!

P52 Dance Co. offers year-round programs in dance and gymnastics, recreational and competitive, and open classes of all styles for all ages and experience. Project 52 Dance Co. also offers private lessons and workshops as well as rental space for high school and college dance teams. If you want to take your dance or tumbling to the next level or just want to have fun and learn something new, P52 Dance Co. is the place for you.

Maria Hermann-silva

Owner/teacher (competitive, Recreational) Began Dancing At The Age Of 3, At Larkin Dance Studio. She Danced Competitively, Assisted, And Taught For The Next 17 Years Of Her Life. During Her Time Assisting The Larkin Staff, She Discovered Her Love For Working With Children. Throughout Her Competitive Dance Years She Won Many Regional And National Awards. She Was The Most Sought Out After Mentor At The Studio. Maria Studied Alongside Some Of The Best Choreographers In The Country, And Performed At Many Local Minnesota Events, But Her Dance World Was So Much More Than The Studio. She Choreographed Middle And High School Musicals, And Was A Varsity Cheerleader And Dance Team Captain. Maria Went On To Coach The Cretin-derham Hall Dance Team, And In 2004 She Represented Mn At The Miss Dance And Drill Team Usa Pageant As Well As Miss Minnesota Usa In 2005. When She Is Not At Dance, Maria Is At Home Raising Her 4 Children, And Traveling To Work Alongside Her Husband, Former Mlb Player Carlos Silva. Maria Lives By The Silva Motto “make It Happen!” And Her Goal Is To Teach All Her Students To Live Life With Their Chin Up, Shoulders Back, And A Smile On Their Face.

Allix Hermann

(competitive) Began Her Dancing Career At Age 3 At Larkin Dance Studio, And Continued Through Her Collegiate Career On The University Of St. Thomas Dance Team. Allix Has Been Extensively Trained In Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-hop, Pointe, Musical Theater, And Contemporary, And She Has Worked With A Variety Of Renowned Choreographers, Including Jason Myhre, Choreographer For Rihanna And Willow Smith.

Brittany Fridenstine-keefe

(ballet, Pointe) Has Been Teaching Dance For Nearly 15 Years In Private Studios, Master Classes, And University Settings. She Has Taught Ballet & Pointe, Modern, Contemporary Ballet, Gyrokinesis® And Dance Conditioning. Brittany Has Danced In A Variety Of Companies, Has Performed In A Solo Improvisation Show In Germany And Italy, And Was Selected To Be An American Ambassador At The International Dance Festival In Cali, Columbia. Brittany’s Class Is Informed By A Variety Of Styles And Has A Reputation For Challenging All Levels. Emphasis Is Placed On The Function Of Classical Technique And How To Use Clear Weight Transfer And Musicality.

Ashley Hanne

Open Classes, Dance Team Program) Began Her Dance Training In 2000 At Dance Connection Performing Arts Center In Saint Peters, Missouri, Where She Danced Competitively For 11 Years In All Styles Of Dance. After High School Graduation Ashley Moved To Minneapolis And Became A Four-year Member And Captain Of The World-renowned University Of Minnesota Dance Team From 2011-2015. During Her Time On The Team, Ashley Had The Opportunity To Compete With The U Of M Dance Team Representing Our Country As Team Usa At The Icu World Championships In 2014, And Took Home A Gold Medal. Ashley Has Since Choreographed For Some Of The Highest Nationally Ranked High School And College Dance Teams In The Country, And Taught Master Classes To Kids Of All Ages At Studios Across The Midwest.

Matthew Keefe

(ballet) Has Served The Dance Field For Over 20 Years As A Dancer, Teacher, Choreographer, Administrator, Production & Stage Manager, Non-profit Consultant, Board Member, And Artistic Director. Matthew Has Danced For Many Professional Companies, Including James Sewell Ballet, Louisville Ballet And Balletmet Columbus. He Also Danced As A Guest Artist For Dozens Of Performances Across The Us, Including Productions With The Lyric Opera Of Chicago, Minnesota Opera, And The Minnesota Orchestra. He Has Choreographed Over 50 Ballets For Professional And Student Ensembles.
